Cancellation Policy

Effective December 1, 2019, cashiers can no longer cancel tickets at the terminal. Requests for cancellations must be communicated to SVL Customer Support who will then process the cancellation on the backend.

Cancellation requests must be communicated to SVL Customer Support by the retailer/ cashier who processed the transaction. In requesting the cancellation the caller must provide the Bet ID and IB Number for the ticket.

Customers have up to 60 minutes prior to the start of an event and or the start of the most recent event on a ticket to request cancellation.

The sixty (60) minute period refers to an actual call or email being received by SVL Customer Support. Note cancellation requests must be made to SVL Customer Support during the hours of 7:00am – 5:30pm Sundays – Saturdays.

Bets on LIVE Events cannot be cancelled.
